This retractable lifeline consists of a retractable lifeline made of wire rope mounted on a reel inside a protective housing. The reel is built on springs to wrap the retractable lifeline and has an inertia brake mechanism that allows the lifeline to be slowly pulled out and automatically retracted to accommodate the user's body movements. It also features a swivel carabiner with double safety lock and fall indicator.
