Equipment set that can be used for rescuing people from heights and depths of up to 30 meters in accordance with DIN 14800-16. The GORDON RESCUE fall arrester is self-locking in both directions by means of centrifugal force. It can be released again by deliberate intervention on the rope. Preparation for using the pulley system is quick and easy. The LORY belay device is inserted into the load arm and a webbing sling is connected to the device using the DOUBLE TRI carabiner. This creates an anchor point, e.g. for attaching to a vehicle. The load or person to be moved is attached to the carabiner underneath the GORDON pulley using a rescue harness and lowered or lifted in this way. If required, the hand rope clamp can be used on the load arm to improve ergonomics and force application during the lifting process. All GORDON pulley systems can be loaded with up to 260 kg.
